Price your first offer without guessing
A price you can defend, built from real comparison prices instead of a feeling.

The steps
- 1
Name the exact outcome
Write one sentence: who pays, what changes for them, and how they can tell it changed. Vague offers cannot be priced.
- 2
List three real alternatives
Find three things your buyer would do instead — another service, a tool, or doing nothing. Their prices set the ceiling and the floor.
- 3
Confirm each price on the provider page
Only use a price you have seen on the seller's own page today. If you cannot see it, write 'price not confirmed' instead of guessing.
- 4
Pick a starting price and a floor
Start at the lower end of the range you confirmed, and write down the lowest number you would still do the work for.
- 5
Write the one-paragraph offer
Outcome, who it is for, what they get, the price, and how they start. One paragraph, no adjectives doing the work of proof.
The prompt to run
Runs as Teach meResearch live comparison prices for [your offer] in [your city or market]. Show three real alternatives with prices you can confirm on the provider's own page, say clearly which prices you could not confirm, then help me set a starting price and a floor price. Do not promise income or results.
Edit the brackets before you run it. The AI researches the live web, shows a plan with real prices, and waits for your approval before anything changes.
You are done when
- Every price has a source you opened today
- The floor price is written down
- The offer fits in one paragraph
